MAUD Bandar Cemerlang
MAUD Bandar Cemerlang
Building concept:
The concept of Semi-detached housing development as a pattern of human settlement has been around for centuries. Cluster housing development, also referred to as “conservation subdivisions,” involves the grouping of residential structures in a subdivision on a portion of the available land. The intent is to develop less total land area to provide more open space for recreation, thus enhancing the overall living quality and improving the environment while allowing the same number of total housing units as it would have been allowed for a conventional subdivision. This will reflect the overall Bandar Cemerlang’s masterplan mindset. The houses gather like a garden.
