Bandar Cemerlang Landscape
Bandar Cemerlang Landscape
The environmental program of Bandar Cemerlang guides responsible development. Natural ecological systems are identified through a series of natural parks, preserved and extended, especially in the residential areas. The characterized planting is integrated throughout. Commercial density and residential development in the closed community protect and define open space. All building designs are north-south facing to reduce the heating effect for most effective energy-saving homes.
We propose a series of diverse urban forest landscapes that are woven together by a dynamic pattern, combining functional layout with a poetic contextual aesthetic—one that complements its context and reflects the classical garden design and forest walk in a contemporary manner.
