Maxthreads’ master plan strategy creates a continuous visual corridor from the local metro station to surrounding city-scape. The building set-back strategy and ground landscape becomes a landscaping system which covers and enhances the site. The proposal provides leisure and public spaces for evening activity. Land mounds create a protective barrier between the loud night market zones of the streets and the quietness of the residential areas.
