MAUD Crescendo International School
MAUD Crescendo International School
Building concept:
The 4-story school building defines a new presence for Crescendo in education. The international school will cultivate higher education in the Jorhor area. The school design also sets the new definition for Crecsendo Education Bhd in higher education, aiming for a modern and integrated community college.
The main building design incorporates passive design measure to maximize the use of the natural ventilation and provide natural cooling. The main building comprises classrooms and lecture halls that are operating most of the time. We incorporate building technology that maximizes energy efficiency and surpasses the minimum statutory requirements for energy efficiency. We introduced double-layered sunscreen which allows the building to perform better and, simultaneously, gives a strong iconic and contemporary school appearance.
