The project site sits within the Nujasaya Industrial Park, a modern industrial park in the gateway to Singapore. The current NCIP site covers an area of 226 acres.
The design aims to accommodate the manufacturers of the future. An information and tech park and a manufacturing district are designated in this plan. The proposal will serve technology-related businesses and trade companies, including many foreign enterprises and greatly contributing to the aimed economic growth. This will attract mainly Singaporean, Chinese, and other international tech-companies. The site provides a logistic park which will support the current industrial zones and help scale them to the aimed manufacturing and delivery rate.
