For this 85m 25-story residential building project, the design concept is based on a boathouse skeleton that serves a practical purpose as a shockproof lattice beam system—making the architecture both a landmark and a technological achievement.

The building echoes the complex public parks system in the neighborhood by bringing the lawn to the roof to improve the living quality and raise awareness in sustainable living.
