Our vision of Peru’s new residential development masterplan enables the housing development to act as a green carpet that helps recover the existing hillside, while providing luxury apartments with extraordinary views of the landscape. The building design derived from the flux of the air waves and sun light control systems. The building facade is imagined through geometric rotation and twisting of the building skin surface, naturally creating openings. This system additionally performs as a sun shading device in which it reduces the use of air conditioning indoors. It still, however, allows for natural sunlight penetration into the interior spaces.
