Bandar Cemerlang Semi-Detached House
Bandar Cemerlang Semi-Detached House
Building concept:
Bandar Cemerlang Semi Detached house
The concept of Semi-detached housing development as a pattern of human settlement has been around for centuries. Cluster housing development, also referred to as “conservation subdivisions,” involves the grouping of residential structures in a subdivision on a portion of the available land.
The intent is to develop less total land area to provide more open space for recreation, enhance the overall living quality, and improve the environment while allowing the same number of total housing units as it would have been allowed for a conventional subdivision. This echoes the overall Bandar Cemerlang’s masterplan mindset.
