Maxthreads’ Proposal Is A Sustainable Landmark With An Ecological Roof That Lifts A Floor Higher Than The Surrounding Buildings. The Roof Captures Wind And Extends Sunlight Exposure. It Also Creates A Structural Form That Responds To The Shape Of The Multifunctional Hall. Through A Series Of Differentiated Window Sizes, Natural Sunlight Can Penetrate Into The Large Enclosed Space. Additionally, Air Flows Into The Multifunctional Hall. The Roof Introduces Natural Light Through Each Floor And To The Ground Level. The Shape Of The Roof Is Completely Flat, Enabling Runoff Water To Be Recycled For Other Facilities Throughout The Building.
