本案坐落於台北中正區，考慮到基地所在區域不僅擁有豐富的教育資源，如建國高中與實驗小學，鄰近台北市立植物園等綠地，融合自然生態與人文飽滿且豐富的特殊地域性，發想出生生不息、綿綿不斷且充滿生機的意象，延伸至本案瀑布的靈感，建築立面借鑑瀑布的層次與流動，並透過材質變化與建築姿態的表現，營造出動感、富有生命力的視覺體驗。
機能上面對西曬與隱私需求，採用垂直遮陽與深雨遮，既避免強烈日照也保護居民隱私，同時確保室內自然光充足，保留瀑布流動、通透性卻有別於潺潺流水清澈見底的特性，在設計上，無需傳統綠化，即達到與自然和諧的效果，滿足當代對環保建築的追求，為居住者帶來美觀且充滿活力的生活空間。展現自然美學與建築技術的結合，期待為台北市容增添了一道獨特風貌，提升城市藝術價值。
This project is located in Taipei's Zhongzheng District.
Considering that the area is rich in educational resources, such as Jianguo High School and an experimental elementary school, and is close to green spaces like the Taipei Botanical Garden, it blends natural ecology and a vibrant cultural context. The concept of continuous vitality inspired by waterfalls has been extended to this project. The architectural facade draws on the layers and flow of waterfalls, using material variations and architectural postures to create a dynamic and lively visual experience.
To address the issues of western exposure and privacy needs, vertical shading and deep overhangs are employed. These not only prevent strong sunlight but also protect residents' privacy while ensuring ample natural light indoors. Unlike the characteristic clarity of flowing water, the design achieves harmony with nature without traditional greening. This meets contemporary demands for eco-friendly buildings, providing residents with a beautiful and vibrant living space. The combination of natural aesthetics and architectural technology aims to add a unique landscape to Taipei's urban environment and enhance the city's artistic value.
