Its exterior blends modern architecture with natural elements. The semi-transparent polycarbonate panels balance cost-effectiveness while fulfilling lighting and heat insulation requirements, reducing energy consumption. The staggered building layout creates numerous void spaces, allowing users to take breaks and rejuvenate during work hours. Modular segmentation facilitates efficient and rapid construction processes.
