The Design Aims To Accommodate The Manufacturers Of The Future. An Information And Tech Park And A Manufacturing District Are Designated In This Plan. The Proposal Will Serve Technology-Related Businesses And Trade Companies, Including Many Foreign Enterprises And Greatly Contributing To The Aimed Economic Growth. This Will Attract Mainly Singaporean, Chinese, And Other International Tech-Companies. The Site Provides A Logistic Park Which Will Support The Current Industrial Zones And Help Scale Them To The Aimed Manufacturing And Delivery Rate.
