出挑的陽台為這個700平方公尺的私宅帶來了亮點，首先量體被分為左半的生活空間以及右半邊的服務核。透過1.5米的深陽台，房子的西面收到的輻射將會大量的減少，而從下至上層層退縮的陽台空間更形成了下對上呼應的關係，以及回應公私領域的安排。服務核的部分則套以深色金屬隔柵，對比起公共空間，一實一虛，水平與垂直的對話使生活的可能性無限展開。
The prominent balconies add a highlight to this 700-square-meter private residence. The volume is divided into the left half, which houses the living spaces, and the right half, which contains the service core. Through the 1.5-meter deep balconies, radiation from the west is significantly reduced, and the cascading balcony spaces from bottom to top create a sense of harmony between different levels and respond to the arrangement of public and private areas.
The service core is enclosed with dark metal screens, creating a contrast with the public spaces. This interplay between solid and void, horizontal and vertical elements, expands the possibilities of living, fostering a dynamic dialogue within the design.
