水平性的劃分則將立面表情雕刻出來，如深化出出簷、陽台及公設綠帶得以隱身其中的虛空間。創造視覺焦點的也將生活融入其中。MAUD從不止步於滿足設計規劃，更致力於推展建築的可能性以及邊界。簡潔清澈的玻璃盒子融合綠意重新詮釋家的家的定義，也帶給周遭一抹新的色彩。
The originally massive structure appeared out of place and imposing within the narrow streets. In terms of design, the initial volume was first split vertically into several tower blocks, reducing its outward appearance while allowing sunlight and air to penetrate deeper into the structure.
Horizontal divisions sculpt the facade, creating features such as deep eaves, balconies, and green belts for common facilities to hide within the void spaces. Visual focal points are integrated to bring life into the building. MAUD doesn't just stop at meeting design plans; they are committed to pushing the boundaries and possibilities of architecture.
The simple and transparent glass boxes merge with greenery, reinterpreting the definition of home and bringing a fresh perspective to the surroundings.
