MAUD responded to this knowledge hub with a minimalist approach, incorporating principles from Corbusier's architecture, such as elevated ground floors, horizontal windows, and rooftop gardens, to establish the foundations of modern architecture. The suspended glass boxes and parametrically segmented facades both mitigate the imposing volume of the building and create focal points.
Naturally formed rain shelters, combined with modern passive design techniques, maximize natural ventilation's effectiveness through the design itself, reducing the need for additional equipment for cooling. Considering that the main building houses classrooms and lecture halls, MAUD integrated complex building technologies to minimize energy consumption. External double-layer sunshades enhance efficiency while creating a professional and modern look for the educational institution.
HELP International School becomes an educational building that seamlessly blends modernity and technology with aesthetics and environmental responsibility. It contributes to Crescendo's goal of providing elite education that combines the best of Eastern and Western traditions.
