主要大樓採用被動式手法，透過設計本身將自然通風的效用放至最大，無須仰賴多餘設備即可降溫。考量主大樓也是教室與講堂的主要所在地，MAUD思瑞建築整合複雜的建築技術，最大限度地降低能源的消耗，外部再以雙層遮光屏增進效能，同時建立起專業且現代的教育機構樣貌。

The Main Building Comprises Classrooms And Lecture Halls That Are Operating Most Of The Time. We Incorporate Building Technology That Maximizes Energy Efficiency And Surpasses The Minimum Statutory Requirements For Energy Efficiency. We Introduced Double-Layered Sunscreen Which Allows The Building To Perform Better And, Simultaneously, Gives A Strong Iconic And Contemporary School Appearance.
