新的艾德森計畫項目由三座塔樓組成: 兩座高層住宅及一座相對應的商辦樓。
對於此一大型開發項目，MAUD探討都市紋理中的多孔性及多變性，山水意象被融入型態探索之中，以三座連綿裙樓串接起帶狀生活機能，並形成如蔓延成梯田的都市景觀，而商辦大樓與住宅項目則以相似語彙分別立於其上。
參數系統被導入前期設計之中，大樓平面針對氣候被設計成橢圓狀，以更好的減少高層風壓對於方正角落產生的擾流影響，而側面開出槽狀的垂直花園，則使氣流能自然被帶上，並以垂直花園替商辦帶來一股活力。
The new Edison Project consists of three towers: two high-rise residential towers and one corresponding office tower.
For this large-scale development, MAUD explores porosity and variability in urban texture, integrating landscape imagery into the typological exploration. The three contiguous podiums connect to form a strip of living functions, creating a cascading urban landscape reminiscent of terraced fields. The office building and residential projects are separately constructed but share a similar design language.
Parametric systems are integrated into the early design phase. The building's plan is elliptical, designed to minimize the disruption of high-rise wind pressures on square corners, considering the climate. Additionally, vertical gardens are carved into the sides to allow natural airflow to be drawn up, infusing vitality into the office building through these vertical gardens.
