公寓內的社區設施設計概念不僅賦予建築豐富的立體感，還創造出多樣的戶外空間，為居住者提供了豐富的活動區域。顛覆以往公設層集中在低樓層的傳統，共兩座分散於高樓及屋頂花園的公設層不僅更易於到達、分散使用，更為建築表情注入一股新的養分。
MAUD同時也勇於挑戰嶄新的材料，在這個案子中烤漆鋁板、石材深淺的交錯搭配展現了簡潔的立面線條，薄邊的細節弱化了原先結構柱的寬大而展現輕盈，耐候鋼板的使用則勾勒出重點空間，同時以紅棕色回應原先都市更新前街廓中的磚瓦顏色。

This not only makes them more accessible and diverse in use but also injects new vitality into the architectural expression.
