國泰建設位於桃園小檜溪的建案，如同水泥叢林中的綠洲，鋪陳了大量綠意，讓人回到了家，也回到了自然的懷抱。
在思維上也圍繞著自然出發，以「輕塘青」命題：徐徐微風、淙淙溪水、珞珞岩石，穿透石與石縫隙間的光束…，自然向來是我們最好的靈感，以輕盈的沖孔板包覆量體，弱化偌大體積對於視覺的衝擊；再以實心、穿孔板錯落配置，形成虛實進退、光影參差的效果，就像是隨著微風溫柔流瀉葉間的絲縷光影。刻意輕量與虛化的手法讓這一畝青綠方塘成了既輕巧又飽滿的存在。
皚白色的建物將舞台留給使用者與活動本身，不與城市爭艷，於轉角處皆有退縮，為行人留下行徑空間；採取不同的高度區隔情境，顯示出設計的層次。
隔絕都市的喧囂嘈雜，我們在人流湧動的市中心闢出一方水土天地 內部使用大量木材，溫潤木色帶來的溫暖與舒適的燈光，搭配正面植栽保有貴賓的隱私，展示精心設計如藝術作品般的展示間。
Located in Taoyuan's Xiao Hui Creek, Cathay Construction's project resembles an oasis amidst a concrete jungle, with abundant greenery creating a sense of returning home and embracing nature.
The design philosophy revolves around nature, captured by the theme "Stream of green": gentle breezes, murmuring streams, sparkling rocks, and light beams penetrating through gaps. Nature has always been our best inspiration.
The use of lightweight perforated panels envelops the structure, shedding visual weight, while solid and perforated panels are arranged dynamically, creating a play of light and shadow akin to gentle sunlight filtering through leaves. Deliberate lightness and abstraction transform this patch of green into a balanced presence.
The pristine white buildings take a backseat, allowing users and activities to shine without competing with the urban surroundings. They recede at the corners, creating pathways for pedestrians. Different height differentiations throughout the space showcase the design's depth.
Isolating itself from the hustle and bustle of the city, a serene oasis is carved out in the heart of the bustling city center.
Inside, an abundance of wood is used, bringing warmth and comfort through its natural hues. The gentle lighting, along with prominent plantings, ensures the privacy of guests while displaying carefully designed exhibition spaces like works of art.
