「全齡健康」是未來的生活趨勢，打破年齡的限制，適用且滿足於所有人的通用住宅或社區，將更符合高齡化社會對生活樣貌的想像。此案位於好山好水的全齡社區內，四周森林環繞，深受自然感召，教育理念也回歸「以人為本」的初衷。
MAUD思瑞建築在設計上，同樣跳出「學校」兩字的框架，強調融入環境、貼近人群的設計；藉著大大小小的窗戶造型，打開空間感，讓教學環境更為開放，親近大自然，也以「窗」之形，暗暗隱喻：教育就是為每個人所開的那一扇窗。
‘Whole Age Health’ Is The Futures Life Trend, Breaking Age Restrictions, To Be Applicable For Satisfying Everyone’s Common Use Of Residential Or Society, More In Keeping With The Aging Society’s Imagination Of Life. This Project Is Situated Within An Area Abundant Of Mountains And Water, Encircled By Forest, Receiving In No Small Measure Natural Inspiration. The Concept Of Education Is Returns To The Original Intention Of ‘People-Oriented Architecture’.
MAUD Architecture’s Design Jumps Out Of Frame With The World ‘School’, Stressing Integration Into The Environment, With That Every Big And Small Window Created, Opening The Space, Allowing The School Environment To Become More Open. Being Close To Nature Is Also In The Form Of A "Window", Which Is A Secret Metaphor: Education Is The Window For Everyone.
