In the Panorama Technology Industrial Park, the overall logistics flow was the primary consideration. The access and parking spaces within the factory area were meticulously designed to achieve optimal business efficiency.
The facade features mezzanine balconies that are adapted to the local climate, naturally forming covered areas for unloading. Additionally, the sunshade panels and deep window frames, besides enhancing the architectural aesthetics, also provide protection against Malaysia's intense sunlight and heavy rainfall. This minimizes the need for energy-intensive cooling. The Panoramic Industrial Park thus sets a benchmark for environmentally conscious industrial architecture, blending efficiency with sustainability.
The design of these large-scale industrial buildings not only tests the architects' understanding of industrial logistics networks but also emphasizes the incorporation of energy-efficient and sustainable methods, contributing to environmental conservation.
