流金綠洲 GOLDEN OASIS

MAUD思瑞建築在此規劃住商混用大樓，提倡健康質感的現代生活與創造永續多元的生態環境，並以大規模的摩天高樓於美迪尼特區創造耀眼新地標，凹凸起伏的立面遠遠看來營造出緩緩流動感，豐碩綠意點綴其間；夜幕低垂之時，燈光落下，金色光芒恣意流洩，光芒萬丈的流金之城，於焉而生。
Like an oasis in the desert, the Medini Capital is a self-sustaining, integrated city within a city that combines various functions such as business and living. Horizontal podiums provide a range of functions, while residential spaces are stacked vertically. Horizontal pathways wind their way up through folded planes, leading to public levels connected to the landscape.
The facades, with staggered balconies, not only preserve privacy but also create a gently flowing appearance from a distance, adorned with lush greenery. As night falls, lights illuminate, and a golden glow cascades, giving rise to a city of flowing gold with dazzling radiance.
MAUD planned this mixed-use building to promote a modern lifestyle with a focus on healthy, high-quality living while creating a sustainable, diverse ecological environment. It serves as a prominent new landmark in the skyline of the iconic Medinite District.
