希臘神話中，蓋亞Gaia生於混沌，創造眾神，起始大地，是生命的起源，也確保了萬物的生生不息。如今，蓋亞Gaia常被作為地球的代稱，我們向Gaia借來繁茂交替的意象，為此重視生態永的總體規劃案命名:「Gaia Living蓋亞之生」，望人人在此，都能重回大地之母的懷抱，感受生命的豐盈循環。
一進入園區，聳立於湖中的生態體驗塔正熠熠發光。
此Gaia Living總體規劃案，MAUD思瑞建築期望打造全齡化家園，在園區內設計生態住宅、商場、幼兒園、小學、藝術文化館、樂活學習社區中心等，全方位滿足食衣住行育樂等生活機能。
MAUD懷著永續生態的信念，保留了原本的水池，延續了歷史意義，也為其換上蛻變後的新生樣貌：生態湖，調節社區微氣候、收集雨水再利用，建立起自給自足的循環系統。另外最基本卻重要的居住需求，則以健康、低碳、節能、舒適為目標，設計會呼吸的綠住宅，利用梯田式設計遮陽集雨，創造錯落有致的生態循環。
無論老幼，都能在陽光、鳥語與花香之中，細細感知生活裡的真實韻味。
Drawing inspiration from Greek mythology, our architectural design takes its cues from Gaia, the personification of Mother Earth, born from chaos. Just as Gaia created gods and the very earth we inhabit, our project, aptly named 'Gaia Living', seeks to encapsulate this essence of sustainability and ecological harmony. This masterplan embodies a lifestyle deeply connected to nature - a testament to our commitment to crafting spaces that exist in perfect balance with their environment.
In this master plan, MAUD's committed construction experts seamlessly meld the coastal and verdant environs with modernity, ushering in the 21st century into a harmonious union. This is achieved through the integration of an ecological park that is both self-sustaining and self-adapting.
Within the community, a synergy of residential spaces, shopping malls, schools, museums and community centers not only fosters connections and relationships, but also facilitates the everyday functions of the community.
Committed to sustainable design, MAUD retains the park's original pond and rice paddy landscape, preserving historical significance and supporting the community's aquatic life. This transformation includes an ecological lake that regulates the microclimate, collects rainwater for reuse, and establishes a self-sustaining circulatory system. The project prioritizes healthy living, carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and comfort.
