This Building Is An Urban Renewal Project, Hence We Chose To Modify—Rather Than Remove—The Original Architecture In Order To Pay Respect To And Preserve The Local Memory And History. The Purpose Of The Redesign Is To Help Inject New Businesses And Revive Existing Industries, So The Proposal Offers A More Branded, Sustainable, And Friendly Design That Can Be Used In A Serviced Apartment-Office Rental Model. The Architecture Utilizes Cutting-Edge Energy-Saving Technologies And Efficient Floor Plans—Making The Building Attractive Outside And Inside.
